The kids had a
blast using there minds in this game of strategy as they helped Jack plant his beanstalk. Very few students made it past level three, but it is possible. Have them try again at home this weekend! You will be impressed. Some students also visited

http://nlvm.usu.edu/ to review time and money concepts.

(shhh so don't tell them) We will miss them at St. Paul's next year!!! We will be sending information & a paper home soon about having your child write a nice note with a detailed picture for a special book we will make for both Zach and William.
Tuesday, May 15th--Kindergarten children come to our room to visit 1st Grade
Wednesday, May 16th--The first graders go to visit 2nd Grade
Monday, May 21st-- Field Day
Thursday, May 24th--Last first grade field trip we are going roller skating on the last day of school with the entire first and second grade.
Friday, June 8th-- Miss Fate & Mrs. Waller's Playdate & Pizza in the Park from 11:30-1:30pm @Franklin Park the picnic tables area. More details to come soon.
