Math:  We are continuing to learn about measurement and this week we introduced measuring tools.  We learned all about some metric tools: a ruler, a yardstick, a tape measure.  Inches, centimeters and millimeters were introduced.  The best part of math was our Math Metric Scavenger Hunt.  It was so much fun to see if we could find something that was 5 1/2 inches long or to figure out how long the book was after we measured it.
